What You Will Learn:

  • There will also be a 30-40 minute group hypnosis session where you will experience the state of trance.

  • Classes are held every other Tuesday.

  • Each class lasts approximately two hours.

  • Classes take place conveniently via Zoom.

  • Directions will be provided on how to best prepare your space for the class.
